Clock mechanism, speaker, 1,5v battery, dirt
The denuded mechanism of a clock still ticking but having no face. We see its rounded print on the wall but it does not serve its original purpose anymore. It turns but instead of measuring time, its battery's energy is eaten up by the speaker producing the ticking sound, amplified.
Time still passes and we can hear it pass, but we get lost in the monotonous ticking.
